Watching X-Files with the lights on...
19th-Jan-2005 07:51 am
[shocked or goofy]
I've been watching X-Files recently, as shineyquarter, by way of her aunt, has been kind enough to loan them to the bisquit house.

Now, there are lots of jump points, but I've not yet been genuinely scared.

I just started a Season 4 episode, The Field Where I Died. It's set in Apison, Tennessee. APISON, TENNESSEE! That's intrinsically the town in which I went to school (Apison, Collegedale, and Ooltewah basically are all squished up on each other...). Yipes!

Close to home, yo. Close to home.

Yeah, I was all gooshy when I saw that one... if only Mulder had come to Apison... that would have been a happy day for this X-Phile.

That was a creepy episode, even for those of us who didn't have any associations with the location ;)

It's a good one from the shippers point of view though... Mulder and Scully are soul mates. ;)

Bleh. If I wanted a soap opera, I'd ... watch a soap opera ;)

I was thinking, 'Dude! She's got a pretty convincing accent!' Amazing. :)
