How to get toned legs fast:
1. Buy a pair of steel toed work boots.
2. Wear said boots for eight hours.

The Catch: Don't sit down at all during that time...also walk back and forth over a 4 foot square section of floor as fast as possible.

Voila! Muscular legs.
