Me: Yeah, so black and white kitties are called tuxedo cats. I think it's just a way of making American/British shorthair cats sound more exciting.

I always thought of Penelope as less of a tuxedo'd cat and more of a super-hero cat. Frankly, her coloring does not look like a tuxedo at all, but does look tremendously like she's wearing a cape & cowl.

But yeah, I don't think any cat is as happy as a dog to be put in a frightening little outfit.
