Here's another curry recipe for your delectation.

1. Add tomatoes, spices, and garlic-ginger paste to onions sautéed in ghee:

2. Add dal/lentils, cook until soft, 1 to 1 and a half hours:

3. Take off heat, stir in cream:

Serve with basmati rice, garnished with coriander leaf/cilantro.

garlic-ginger paste 8p (hard to adequately figure this one, probably cheaper in reality)
